This sticker does not have a background color. The surface where you apply the sticker will become the background color. It is a single color sticker that has been cut from vinyl, so there is no background. If there is a background color in the picture, it is just for show. The background color will be the surface color that you place the sticker on, or it will be clear if you put it on a window. The sticker comes with clear transfer tape, making it easy to apply to walls, windows, cars, mailboxes, mirrors, laptops, and more. I use high-quality Oracal brand vinyl for all of the decals.

Applying the decal is relatively easy. Your decal will come in three pieces: the backing paper, the sticker itself, and the clear transfer tape. It is important to apply the sticker to a clean surface. Carefully pull the clear transfer tape up from the backing paper, ensuring that it pulls the sticker up with it. If it doesn't, press down firmly with a squeegee, credit card, or similar object until it sticks properly to the clear transfer tape. Then, apply the sticker and clear transfer tape to the desired surface. Use a squeegee or credit card to firmly press down, ensuring that the sticker sticks, and then carefully and slowly remove the clear transfer tape, leaving behind only the sticker.

I have found that on some surfaces, such as walls and wood, it helps to leave the clear transfer tape on for a while to ensure everything sticks well before removing it. Please note that I do not offer refunds or exchanges on vinyl decals. Some decals may be more difficult to apply than others, especially the smaller ones, and some surfaces may be more challenging to apply decals to.
